Four Seasons Silicon Valley in East Palo Alto whisks guests across the globe on a jaw-dropping magical journey at its outdoor Quattro Terrace as the patio transforms into a Middle Eastern bazaar. Called the 1001 Nights, you can immerse yourself among vibrant colors, a larger-than-life genie lamp, private curtained booths, and a tantalizing Middle Eastern taste menu. Think Turkey, Morocco, or Saudi Arabia.
The vibe is reminiscent of a Disney Hollywood set with domed lanterns, cascading lights, jewel-tone table runners and curtains, and exotic geometric table patterns. While you can partake as early as 11 a.m. when the “village” opens, it’s best to arrive at night when the area comes alive with music starting at 6 p.m. and sparkling string lights and multi-hued lanterns glow after dusk.
Private curtained booths with seats are available to book for the evening at $150, not including food or beverage. Visitors can order a la carte or from a set menu at $85. This includes one dip, one salad, two hot mezza, one main entree, and a dessert. Night time entertainment features a belly dancer every Saturday and live music on Thursdays and Fridays. A henna artist will be on hand each day from 5 to 8 p.m.
